Try following below steps to resolve a Paper Jam error with your printer and check for any difference. The paper appears to get stuck under the metal bar at the front of the cartridge drawer. Please follow below video t ensure you do insert the cartridges properly, for my experience such an error will occur when inserting the ink cartridges incorrectly. I can't see any latches - the cartridges just slide into the holder.
It also says to make sure the ink cartridge latches are lowered and snapped into place. Instead, I was given instructions to clean the cartridge with a cloth.
